Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the team in the creation of drawings throughout the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Document (CD) phases.
  2. Conduct measurements and document existing structures (As-builts).
  3. Coordinate with consultants as required for each project.
  4. Oversee all project drawings, specifications, and consultant contributions.
  5. Research and ensure adherence to the Florida Building Code and other relevant regulations.
  6. Uphold office standards and quality assurance.
  7. Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Qualifications & Education
  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an NCARB accredited institution.
  2. 4-6 years of professional experience in the field.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to hand sketch concepts and ideas.

Software Proficiency
  1. 3D Software: REVIT.
  2. 2D Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  3. Bluebeam.
