Job Overview

Futures Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all production lines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure seamless production functionality and world-class uptime (98.5%).
  • Coach, develop, and inspire the team through day-to-day projects to install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
  • Be involved with all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Demonstrate and share strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC's, VFD's, servos, robotics, and programable devices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience leading a team of mechanics through mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair.
  • Manufacturing experience – Food safety experience preferred.
  • Team player mentality.
