UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology Malignancy Service team at UPMC Shadyside. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of innovative treatments for hematologic malignancies.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care with a focus on hematologic malignancies, primarily multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in cross-coverage between services, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Cover service 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm, working two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week.

Requirements
- Current state RN license and CRNP certification are required for CRNPs.
- Current state PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for PAs.
- Act 33 Clearance will be required.
- Act 73 Clearance will be required.
- Act 34 Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience or completion of a post-graduate residency.
- BS or MS preferred for CRNP, BS or MS preferred for PA.
- Completion of National Certification.
