Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Investigator to join our Global Quality Organization at AbbVie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination product complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System
  • Support the achievement of Quality goals and ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations
  • Conduct thorough investigations of plant events and document findings accurately
  • Perform product impact analyses and place product on QA hold when necessary
  • Maintain effective relationships with other Quality areas and departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Quality/Compliance management and relevant regulations
