Job Title:

Continuous Improvement Engineer Co-Op

Job Summary:

Entegris is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Engineer Co-Op to join our team in Chaska, MN. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional areas to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily management tiered meetings and participate in structured problem-solving
  • Contribute to Kaizen events to drive improvements across operations
  • Gain an understanding of the plant, process, and equipment by working with diverse functional areas
  • Implement 5S initiatives in a specified area of the operation floor
  • Support and enhance problem-solving at daily Tier 1 Meetings
Requirements:
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility to support operations needs
  • Professional and positive communication skills and ability to work well in group settings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus
