Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at the University of Central Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including day-to-day operations, project coordination, and office procedure development.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects and tasks assigned by management
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide administrative support to departmental staff
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
