Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor.
  • Collect and communicate patient data to assist in assessment and care planning.
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider.
  • Deliver care in accordance with patient care plans, organizational policies, and principles of relationship-based care.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, mentor patients, and participate in committees or projects.
Qualifications
  • Student or graduate of a Practical Nursing or Medical Assistant program.
  • Current MN LPN license (if LPN) or certification (if MA).
  • One year of LPN or MA experience (if graduation did not occur within the last two years).
