Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, their families, and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
