Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Encourage and support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, their families, and other support staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.33 per hour.
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
