Job Summary:

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist III to join our team in Portsmouth, VA. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our work products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in our work products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on shipboard quality inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time (85%).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • NACE/NBPI certification.
  • NDT Level II certification.
  • Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM).
