We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Fairlead Integrated, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufactured parts and electrical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and correct quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review process instructions and special processes to ensure compliance.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections at various stages of production, including receipt, in-process, and final inspections.
- Measure and report various aspects of quality performance to management.
- Coordinate with QA on all quality issues and audits.
- Perform receiving, shipping, and packaging inspections.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Receiving experience preferred.
- Experience reading mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn the FARO ARM.
- Ability to use hand-measuring tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector for manufactured parts and electrical assemblies.
- VT Level II NDT and/or NBPI or Nace certification a plus.
This position is performed in a traditional manufacturing environment with some local travel between facilities.
