Position Overview:


Capleo Global is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be adept at pinpointing and articulating business needs, facilitating system architecture, and ensuring the reliability and performance of web and mobile platforms.

This position demands a meticulous professional with substantial expertise in business and quality analysis, coupled with a strong capacity for effective communication and collaboration across various teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis and Documentation:
  • Rapidly comprehend and articulate business and technical specifications through engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Clearly document business needs, ensuring alignment with desired functionalities and securing necessary approvals.
  • System Architecture and Coordination:
  • Create process diagrams, interface designs, and storyboards to aid in system architecture.
  • Liaise and coordinate with UI/UX designers, application developers, backend engineers, content management specialists, and testers regarding design and development aspects.
  • Product Planning and Documentation:
  • Partner with the applications manager to develop and sustain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
  • Testing and Quality Control:
  • Formulate test cases based on wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications.
  • Execute functional testing, cross-browser compatibility testing, and mobile device assessments.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing of interactive web and mobile applications.
  • Identify and monitor issues related to content, layout, usability, accessibility, and functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Design and implement effective testing strategies, plans, and tools.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis:
  • Construct SQL queries to aggregate data and produce reports as necessary.
  • Manage and uphold requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
  • Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide help desk assistance for production applications as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Analyst.
  • Proven track record across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Strong capability to collaborate effectively with business unit subject matter experts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing client expectations and project objectives.

  • Proficiency in SQL query writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving requirements.
