Work Schedule:
Tuesday through Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
As a full-time Cleaning Associate, you are more than just a cleaner. You are a professional with a positive attitude and a true appreciation for a well-maintained environment. You will take pride in the upkeep of our expansive showroom, which spans 36,000 sq. ft. across four stories:
- Performing sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and operating industrial cleaning equipment,
- Managing organization and inventory of cleaning supplies,
- Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling/composting materials,
- Emptying dishwashers,
- Conducting light maintenance and general repairs as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- You are self-motivated and maintain high standards in every aspect of your work.
- With a keen eye for detail, you notice everything from fingerprints to paw prints (we welcome our furry friends too) and take initiative to address them.
- You are a team player, working collaboratively to ensure our showroom's interiors and exteriors are kept to the highest standards.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with everyone who enters the space.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning and light maintenance is preferred, but we are open to diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work at a consistent pace in a diverse environment are essential.
- This role requires the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and to remain active throughout an eight-hour shift with standard breaks.
- Passing a pre-employment physical is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (approximately $26.44/hour) based on experience.
