**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the housekeeping and laundry facilities in a safe and cost-effective manner

• Lead a team of housekeeping staff to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and protect hotel assets

• Participate in the Hotel Management Team to drive business results

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

• Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet business needs

• Anticipate and adapt to changing business needs, including weekend, evening, and holiday hours

**Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of prior housekeeping management experience

• Brand training and/or experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Fluent in English written and verbal communication

• Computer Word and Excel skills required

• Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred
