Job Title: Industrial Sales Professional

Salary: $80,000 per year, with unlimited earnings potential.

NHN Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join its rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage business. As a member of our team, you will have targeted coverage focused on representing industrial owners, operators, and investors in the country.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated experience in commercial real estate sales. Associates may receive a draw against future commissions, but this role is primarily commission-based with unlimited earnings potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through proactive outreach and cold-calling.
  • Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums to support client needs.
  • Perform market and property research to provide valuable insights for clients.
  • Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material.
  • Assist in deal management efforts, including drafting and collecting key documents.
  • Travel to sites and properties to provide brokers and clients with informed insights.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, with specific experience working with industrial assets (either in investment sales and/or acquisitions).
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must obtain Real Estate License within the first 90 days (if not already licensed).
