Reliability Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Expert to join our team at PSI Repair Services, Inc. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement QMS: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our existing QMS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to address non-conformances.
- Analyze Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, customer support, engineering, and procurement teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop Training Programs: Facilitate the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the quality mindset and skills of employees involved in service operations.
- Investigate Customer Complaints: Lead customer complaint investigations, identify trends, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements, establishing strong relationships with suppliers and partners to drive quality improvements in the supply chain.
- Report on Quality Performance: Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred) or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management, reliability engineering, or a similar role, ideally in a service or repair business.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes, especially with the PPAP to support service and manufacturing reliability standards.
- Experience and proficiency with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project) for documentation, reporting, and data analysis; advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and statistical functions) are preferred.
- Microsoft Project or similar project management tools for tracking quality initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
