Job Description:
The Global Product Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to software and hardware products.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems, escalating unresolved issues to internal teams when necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer in a global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a software and hardware company.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the United States.
