Global Product Support Engineer

Job Description:
The Global Product Support Engineer will be responsible for:
  1. Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to software and hardware products.
  3. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems, escalating unresolved issues to internal teams when necessary.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer in a global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a software and hardware company.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the United States.
