Ergonomic Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physical demands analyses and ergonomic risk assessments to identify and prioritize risks, develop ergonomic specifications and standards, and provide assembly plant ergonomic support.
This role requires a strong understanding of industrial ergonomics principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical demands analyses and ergonomic risk assessments on single jobs, production lines, or entire plants.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate ergonomic risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on ergonomic best practices and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, or related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics, with a proven track record of successfully implementing ergonomic solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
