Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing strategic leadership and managerial oversight for various ACI functions, particularly the management of ACI-owned businesses
- Overseeing sales, customer relations, marketing, and Arizona Management System (AMS) initiatives across ACI
- Contributing to the planning, development, and launch of new products, production lines, and services
- Assisting in the formulation and enforcement of policies and procedures specific to ACI, ensuring compliance with ADCRR guidelines and relevant laws

- Managing current manufacturing operations and exploring new manufacturing opportunities.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

If driving is an essential function of this position, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, complete necessary training, and pass all required driving record checks. The license must be current and not subject to revocation or suspension. Employees who drive for state business must maintain acceptable driving records and complete required driver training. Those using personal vehicles for state business must maintain required liability insurance.

To ensure a safe working environment, all employees must undergo a Tuberculosis (TB) test during orientation and annually thereafter.

Retirement Information:

Positions in this classification are part of the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS). Eligibility for enrollment will commence after 27 weeks of employment.
