Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise restoration projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify damage and develop restoration plans.
  • Lead and train a team of restoration technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects effectively.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure they are properly maintained and utilized.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • DOT health card and CDL a plus.
