Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of Indiana County/Ebensburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise restoration projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and production managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage labor and consumable usage, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Document job files accurately and thoroughly, supporting the services provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • Formal education/training: High school diploma/GED.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.

Work Environment:

The Restoration Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee will occasionally work in extreme conditions, such as heat, noxious odors, and loud noise levels. The employee will be required to wear a respirator for safety purposes.
