Job Summary:

The Restoration Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of restoration projects. This position requires a high level of expertise in coordinating and controlling work activities to meet customer needs and expectations.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor embodies the company's commitment to providing exceptional service. This involves communicating clear expectations to restoration technicians, supervising their activities, and ensuring quality control.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration, construction, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. They will be responsible for managing labor and consumable usage, documenting job files, and performing daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and control work activities to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
  • Ensure quality control and manage labor and consumable usage
  • Document job files and perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
  • Strong background in restoration and construction
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights
