Job Title: Restoration Supervisor

At the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of properties affected by disasters, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
  • Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Documentation: Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
  • Resource Management: Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Coach and train Restoration Technicians.
  • Communication: Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
  • Maintenance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
  • Professional Development: Continue development of production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Skills: Strong supervisory skills, strong communication skills, oral and written.
