Xceptional Wildlife Removal is seeking a Full-Time Wildlife Control Repair Specialist in the Fredericksburg, VA region.

  • Compensation for this role is set at $25.00 per hour.
  • The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable with heights and ladder usage.
  • Conduct minor repairs as needed.
  • Study wildlife in their natural environments.
  • Research biological and ecological principles related to wildlife.
  • Document findings through articles and reports.
  • Engage in community outreach and education.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a 4-Year Degree in a scientific field (exceptions may apply based on relevant experience, military service, or vocational training). Experience in wildlife control, pest management, or related fields is preferred. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory, and candidates must be able to pass a drug screening. Successful applicants should reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of their designated territory.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Wildlife Control or Pest Management.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
