Job Title: Performance Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Lead to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain observability capabilities for applications and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and implement application performance management solutions
  • Monitor application stability trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and availability
  • Automate system scalability and improve system resiliency, performance, and efficiency
  • Work with incident/problem managers to drive blameless RCA, postmortems, and RCRs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in performance engineering or related field
  • Expertise in cloud-native technologies, including containerization, microservices architecture, and serverless computing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in utilizing and supporting APM tools in a large enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dynatrace certified associate
  • AWS Solution Architect - Associate
  • Splunk core certified Power user
  • Splunk core certified Advanced Power user
