Technical Sales Specialist

Highly skilled professionals sought to collaborate with our Sales and IT teams to present technical software solutions and services to clients. This role requires evaluating client needs, aligning product offerings to specific client requirements, and delivering product demonstrations to assist in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Product Expertise: Understand and articulate technical products and service features, functionality, and benefits.
- Customized Product Demonstrations: Create and deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase features and address client technical questions/concerns.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Client Feedback and Support: Document client needs and preferences, communicating with technical team to improve overall client experience. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Proposal and Quotation Development: Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Trade Show and Event Participation: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products.
- Technical Guides and Reference Material: Assist in the creation of technical guides and reference material for client utilization.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate and strategize with the Sales team to close prospective client engagements.
