Director of Customer Experience

As a key member of the JBKnowledge team, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for SmartCompliance. You will oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of multi-channel support to ensure seamless interactions with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of customer success managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to improve onboarding, understand customer goals, and manage the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn through regular touchpoints across multiple channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on all SmartCompliance software products and educate customers on additional offerings.
  • Conduct product training and new release webinars to enhance customer knowledge.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, collecting feedback and synthesizing insights to inform product and operational decisions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in department meetings, driving solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Work with product teams to develop comprehensive FAQs and update based on customer feedback.
