Primary Responsibilities:
The Veterinary Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Cubex's hardware and software solutions tailored for veterinary practices. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Establishing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline.
- Conducting onsite workflow evaluations.
- Delivering impactful sales presentations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the veterinary industry, including a solid understanding of daily practice workflows, inventory management, and patient care, along with veterinary technician experience.
Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Exceptional sales capabilities and pipeline management.
- A proven track record as a high-performing sales professional.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively, showcasing a high degree of responsibility and integrity.
Qualifications:
Overall strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach, including effective service and problem-solving abilities.
Key qualifications include:
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage independent projects.
- Experience in material management or supply/logistics.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated technical proficiency in a working environment, including a solid understanding of the interaction between software and hardware applications. Familiarity with software interface and communication technologies is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project is required, with data interpretation and management skills in Excel being a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is also advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations across the U.S., typically from a home base to client destinations using various modes of transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Education and Certifications:
A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
Employee Classification:
Full-time position, classified as Exempt.
