Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced and versatile Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to accelerate the growth of the Zero Prime Fund and expand the reach and impact of the Data Council conference.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for both Zero Prime and the Data Council conference.
- Identify key market opportunities and trends in the data and AI sectors to position the fund and conference for maximum impact.
- Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Brand Management
- Enhance and maintain the brand identity of Zero Prime and Data Council.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Content Marketing
- Collaborate with industry experts, portfolio companies, and conference speakers to generate high-quality content.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for best results.
- Event Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the Data Council conference, driving attendee registration and sponsorship sales.
- Coordinate with the event management team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with event planning and execution.
- Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience at an enterprise startup or B2B company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with event marketing and promotion.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
