    This role is part of the Local 25 Union, which requires complete open availability. We cannot accommodate schedule restrictions, and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedules are determined by seniority and business requirements and may be limited initially until seniority is established. Flexibility with varying weekly schedules is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Service Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and breakdown of food and beverage services during events, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met. Your tasks will encompass:
  • Supervising the service of food and beverages throughout events to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including breakfasts, luncheons, cocktail receptions, and more.
  • Welcoming clients and guests, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Leading departmental meetings and contributing to team discussions.
  • Processing event checks accurately for seamless transactions.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Serving beverages in compliance with all relevant regulations.
