Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Remodeling Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing lead flow and client projects from beginning to end, maintaining frequent communications with clients, and conducting the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end
  • Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)
  • Track and maintain notes in our CRM software
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process
  • Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events
