Job Overview

Rosano Partners is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk AP to join our property management division. This exciting opportunity consists of a full-time office position as well as on-site property management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting processes with a focus on receivables, invoicing, and billing.
  • Review property reports, rent roll, income statement, and balance sheet.
  • Discuss reports with clients, resolve questions, and ensure timely collection.
  • Develop goals and strategies to improve accounting processes and day-to-day operations.
  • Implement policies and integrate technology to increase workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with tenant issues, notices, lease changes, and evictions.
  • Coordinate with local government departments and resolve tenant issues.
Requirements
  • A degree in accounting or business (AA or BA).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Yardi Breeze experience is required.
