We are a leading RV Dealership in Fort Myers, FL with a long history of providing exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational procedures of our Collision Center, its customers, and vendors.

Benefits: Competitive salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, HSA, and 401K retirement benefits with employer match.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Manage check and credit card transactions, prepare paint inspection, fabrication repair orders, and glass installations.
  • Schedule Coordination: Prepare daily production schedule and repair completion, flag sheets for payroll, and files and paperwork for new appointments.
  • Vendor Management: Create and process purchase orders for vendors, request warranty repair authorizations and submit insurance authorizations.
  • Employee Training: Train new employees on shop procedures and perform additional clerical work as needed.
Requirements:
  • Background: Experience in automotive body shop administration preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
  • Aptitude: Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Availability: Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
