Educated Solutions Corp is looking for a Finance Manager to become a vital part of our GCP Finance and Analytics team. This position plays a crucial role in our corporate sourcing strategy, collaborating with Global Commodity Managers and various business stakeholders to evaluate the financial implications of strategic negotiations. You will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining intricate financial models that analyze the costs and benefits associated with strategic sourcing decisions, while also identifying key factors and providing actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, construct, and sustain complex financial models to evaluate the costs and benefits of strategic sourcing initiatives, pinpointing essential factors and delivering recommendations.
  • Facilitate reporting to emphasize critical elements influencing product costs.
  • Create and present content for cross-functional operational reviews with internal leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Accounting teams to quantify the effects of purchasing activities.
  • Lead significant initiatives concerning cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Promote cost management policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical domain.
  • At least 5 years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • 5+ years of experience in constructing financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience in resolving complex business challenges through accurate and timely financial models, analyses, and recommendations that have demonstrable impacts on business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of involvement in continuous improvement projects within your team to enhance controllership with measurable results.
  • Proficient in performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Experience in building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and tools, excelling in multifaceted financial analysis, and effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
