  • Manage daily retail transactions across various outlets.
  • Conduct daily customer count analysis.
  • Oversee childcare billing processes.
  • Update and maintain childcare menu pricing.
  • Handle floorstock and requisition billing.
  • Regularly update pricing for floorstock and requisition items.
  • Process charges for staff lounges.
  • Implement changes in cash register systems, including new items and pricing.
  • Generate labels for cafeteria items.
  • Administer catering billing operations.
  • Utilize Aramark Birchstreet for invoice processing.
  • Receive and manage inventory invoices through Aramark Prima.
  • Maintain records for Aramark GFF.
  • Compile biweekly count spreadsheets for various service areas.
  • Prepare monthly sales and customer count reports.
  • Analyze food costs for different dining outlets.
  • Set up and update Java Card systems.
  • Calculate monthly sales tax totals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit and collections preferred.
  • Proven track record of performance in customer service roles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for working with diverse customers.
