Columbia Memorial Hospital is a renowned healthcare organization named America's Outstanding Rural Health Organization for 2024. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as part of our Primary Care Clinics in Seaside, Oregon.

This is an employed position with a competitive salary range of $145,000-$180,000 based on experience. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package and incentives for achieving productivity and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and management of chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license for the State of Oregon at the time of hire.
- State of Oregon Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive privileges.
- ACLS or BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
