Nursing Program Director

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Nursing and Allied Health to join our team at Clatsop Community College. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a strong background in curriculum development and teaching.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $81,688 - $103,130 per year
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of full-time equivalent experience in nursing, including 2 years in patient care and 2 years as a nurse educator or administrator
- Duties will include curriculum planning, program evaluation, and supervision of faculty and staff
- The successful candidate will also serve as the liaison with the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) for program compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Nursing & Allied Health curricula
- Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and student outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty and instructional staff on course scheduling, catalog review, and program development
- Maintain compliance with State and national standards through data collection and analysis
