The Knight Cancer Collaborative is an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who work together to provide personalized cancer care to patients in Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Associate within OHSU's School of Medicine, Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology.
This role will involve providing outpatient services at the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative, including clinic schedule with 36 hours of patient care per week, four-ten hour clinic days, and up to ten days of call per month. You will also be responsible for clinical coordination of Palliative Care and the Survivorship Program.
