Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train RSRs in the use of handheld computers and other equipment
  • Coordinate daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet management within our direct store delivery network
  • Assign and supervise driver personnel, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and delivery efficiency
  • Facilitate proof of delivery procedures and ensure compliance with customer and company standards
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of routes and address any customer complaints or concerns
  • Communicate and execute planned POS activities related to promotional events
  • Audit accounts for product mix, inventory, quality, and store staff feedback on driver performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred
  • Three years of experience in route sales/delivery or transportation management
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and meet Krispy Kreme driving standards
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for training or coverage
