At Krispy Kreme, we're seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of our Route Service Representative (RSR) team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our premium sweet treats to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train RSRs in the use of handheld computers and other equipment
- Coordinate daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet management within our direct store delivery network
- Assign and supervise driver personnel, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and delivery efficiency
- Facilitate proof of delivery procedures and ensure compliance with customer and company standards
- Conduct daily reconciliation of routes and address any customer complaints or concerns
- Communicate and execute planned POS activities related to promotional events
- Audit accounts for product mix, inventory, quality, and store staff feedback on driver performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred
- Three years of experience in route sales/delivery or transportation management
- Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and meet Krispy Kreme driving standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% for training or coverage
