Job Summary

Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join their administrative team as an Automotive Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to learn new software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Coordinator with day-to-day office duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Process daily deposits and petty cash, as well as reconcile accounting schedules and statements.
  • Perform title work, including filling out titles for customer trade-ins and customer payoffs.
  • Assist with floorplan audits and reconciliation, and post reserve statements, funding notices, rebates, and incentives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and high work ethic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting and experience with Excel, MS Office Suite, and 10-key pad typing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and successfully complete a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dealership experience and knowledge of CDK software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
