About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team at Ford Lincoln. As the front line of guest relations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial contact to final sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Interacting with Guests: Welcome and engage with customers on the property, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Product Knowledge and Matching: Utilize your knowledge of our products to match customers' needs and preferences, showcasing our vehicles in a personalized and informative manner.
  • Building Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Dealership Processes: Understand and implement our sales processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Facilitating Sales Processes: Gather key contact information from guests to assist in sales processes, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate vehicle features, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Test Drives and Safety: Conduct test drives with guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the sales team with tracking and moving inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the property and vehicles.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
