Role Impact: Your leadership will ensure that our operations are effective today and innovative for the future. We are seeking a TS/SCI cleared Project/Task Manager to oversee critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational guidance for assigned projects or tasks.
  • Monitor project status, manage budgets, and prepare comprehensive status reports.
  • Identify project challenges and devise solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the scope, cost, schedule, and performance of designated projects or tasks.
  • Manage resources necessary for the execution of assigned projects or tasks.
  • Administer contract and subcontractor management for projects.
  • Supervise assigned personnel, including subordinate supervisors and managers.
  • Develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Engage in high-level technical services as needed.
  • Conduct planning sessions and provide recommendations regarding task workloads.
  • Oversee the risk management process.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client interactions and attend customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinate the development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensure quality assurance for all project deliverables.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies.
  • Participate in special projects as necessary.
  • Assess future project needs and formulate strategies for upcoming work.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Active DoD security clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a medium to large team or department with multiple focus areas of medium to high complexity.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
