Project Manager Job Description

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Springfield Construction Group. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective contract administration, project performance, and coordination efforts with trade partners and across disciplines.

This role requires a strong background in plumbing project management and estimating, with excellent problem-solving skills, solid estimating ability, and the ability to create work schedules and supervise field labor. You will also be responsible for leading project teams and delegating tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Collaborate with trade partners and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Manage project budgets and financial reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong background in plumbing project management and estimating
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
