Position: Bartender

Role Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. This role involves ensuring compliance with age restrictions for alcohol sales and maintaining high standards in beverage preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established recipes.
• Verify the age of guests purchasing alcohol.
• Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Assist in stocking and inventory management of bar supplies.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties.
• Support management in training new staff members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Health permit and alcohol awareness certification required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and energetic environment.
