Application Support Specialist

The Application Support Specialist will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints and providing a high level of customer service.

The Application Support Specialist will be required to use their problem-solving skills to address user and customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with users and customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
  • Maintain user and customer accounts and records of user and customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve user and customer problems and concerns
  • Analyze user and customer complaints and suggestions and recommends product revisions
  • Work with team to assist with on-boarding, implementing, and training of new clients
  • Assist with development of client success strategies and creates customer support content
  • Escalate critical issues to developers and other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of title and/or closing experience is required
  • Customer service experience is required
