Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to install home appliances and equipment, diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in customers' homes, and provide cost estimates for repairs and installations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install home appliances and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in customers' homes
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in appliance repair and installation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
