Catheterization Laboratory Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About this Role- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing patients and operating equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with physicians during procedures by administering medications and monitoring vital signs, providing critical support to the medical team.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols during catheterization lab procedures, upholding the highest standards of patient safety.
- Monitor patients' post-procedure recovery, assess for complications, and provide post-procedure education and support, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care in the catheterization laboratory, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring accurate and timely preparation.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs during procedures, providing critical support to the medical team.
- Ensure a sterile field and adherence to infection control protocols, upholding the highest standards of patient safety.
- Monitor patients' post-procedure recovery and provide education and support, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Current RN license, with a strong foundation in cardiovascular nursing.
- BLS certification, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of recent Catheterization Laboratory experience, with a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
