Position Overview
The Contracting Services Department (CSD) is currently leading a significant business transformation initiative aimed at enhancing our business systems and optimizing associated processes. We are seeking a dedicated individual to take charge of various project initiatives that will facilitate the selection and successful implementation of a new Laboratory-wide purchasing system.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project activities in collaboration with the CSD Senior Manager of Strategy and the IT department to achieve strategic objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders throughout the Laboratory to identify existing challenges and necessary enhancements for the upcoming system.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring effective communication between project teams and management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, managing dependencies across the organization.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets, preparing status reports and assessing risks.
- Implement mechanisms for tracking project progress and facilitate problem-solving with stakeholders.
- Analyze system capabilities to identify gaps between business needs and current processes.
- Document business requirements from key stakeholders and assist in translating them into functional system requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing similar projects, particularly in Procurement and Business Process Analysis.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformational programs and change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC models (both agile and waterfall) and the ability to blend methodologies effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, along with Agile certifications (SAFe, CSDM, CSPO, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to various audiences.
