As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to identify and approach potential residential homeowner customers.
  • Making residential homeowner customers aware of utility rate increases to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Leading a team of appointment setters.
  • Providing regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy.

Requirements:
  • Driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
