Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

In this role, you will provide clinical consulting and support to implementation projects, sales, and company team members. As a Vincent Application Specialist, you will serve as a consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel, ensuring compliance with the company's quality procedures.
- You will work closely with HCUS business unit employees to drive effective operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure maximum effective use of the product and improve Customer Experience as FUJIFILM user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales evaluation training and post-sales software installation project support for Institution, Hospital, schedule management of user training, and after-training support.
- Develop customer training material.
- Attend exhibition, trade shows, workshop, and conference in the U.S.to promote sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or related field required.
- 4+ years previous clinical specialist or trainer experience in the hospital market, preferably diagnostic imaging equipment or related peripheral devices into the surgical space.
- Strong ability to communicate at all levels including Managing, Director, Surgeon, Physician, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $97,335 - $107,000 annually (depending on experience) + 10% Bonus Opportunity
