Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at TT Electronics plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge technological approaches and solutions to improve business processes and efficiencies across various sites in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Lead ERP projects and targeted process synergies throughout the US.
  • Align processes and procedures from various TT Sites to ensure best practices throughout the business.
  • Take ownership of data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Develop and document business processes and workflows, analyzing how the ERP can support those processes.
  • Provide analytic support, including dashboard creation and management, basic descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, find their root cause, and implement corrective actions to resolve them permanently.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of analytic tools, including the ERP and Power BI.
  • Analyze systems performance and outcomes to maintain and improve efficiency of analytic systems.
  • Manage company data requests, including API connections, mapping, importing, and exporting of data.
  • Participate and contribute to various IT projects throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Epicor software required.
  • Possess analytical ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.
  • Adept at building trusting relationships and motivating others to adopt new best practices.
  • Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and knowledge of Key Performance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience working within an ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System is a plus.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR.
